Welcome everyone to our very first veto ceremony. As you all know Adam and myself won this week power of veto and we have the right to veto one of Neil and James nominees. Usually we would now take the time to ask Joshuah and Sharon why we should use the veto on them but you all know the results of this ceremony and I feel as though asking them would just be wasting everyones time. You all know Adam and myself were nominated this week for eviction and we have been given the option to remove ourselves from the block. This was a very easy decision for us to make. And our decision is to...... Use the veto on ourselves of course! Neil and James, it is now up to you to make a replacement nominee seeing as Adam and myself have vetoed on of your nominations. Alright, Jen & Matt and Sharon & Joshuah are the final nominees. The four voting couples will need to make a voting history thread in their couples Diary Room. In it, you will both need to vote.
For your vote to be valid, you must both agree on it. Failure to do this and your vote will not be counted. This will also force you to sit out of the next HOH competition. In the result of a tie, the Head of Household will break it.

A few other voting notes I should make:
- I never posted the official deadline, but all votes are due within 24 hours of the replacement or veto use (If nominations stick). Since this is the first vote of the season, I'll extend the time until 12 Noon EST.
- If only one half of the couple votes, the vote they make will be counted for. However, since the other person failed to vote, you guys will sit out of the HOH challenge.
- Just as last season, you may change your votes if you ever have a change of heart. Yes, you must both agree on the change and post or IM me to confirm it. However, once all votes are in, the votes are locked and untouchable.
